VIP qualification is based on the required minimum deposit amount and minimum valid turnover according to each VIP tier.
Only Deposit Amount and Valid Turnover accumulated in the Main Wallet and Bonus Wallet will be counted toward VIP qualification, VIP tier upgrades, and eligible VIP bonus claims.
Members may check their current VIP status at any time via the Profile section in their LB9 account.
Once a member successfully meets the required VIP tier criteria, the VIP upgrade option will become available. Members must then manually trigger the upgrade via the Profile > Rewards > VIP page to activate the new VIP level.
VIP Upgrade Bonuses are available as a one-time reward upon successful qualification and activation of the corresponding VIP tier, subject to eligibility verification.

Bronze is the entry-level VIP tier and does not include a VIP Upgrade Bonus.

Example of withdrawal requirement:
If a member receives a MYR 888 VIP Upgrade Bonus, the required valid turnover will be:
MYR 888 × 1 = MYR 888
VIP benefits, rebates, gifts, bonuses, and privileges are only available after the member has successfully qualified for the relevant VIP tier and completed any applicable claim or activation steps.
VIP rebate benefits apply according to the current Instant Unlimited Rebate structure available under the VIP program.
The bonus, reward, or VIP benefit will not be granted if the member fails to meet the required VIP qualification criteria, turnover requirements, account verification requirements, or any applicable promotion conditions.
